  • Q Why should I create an account on ATELIER FASHION?
    A It makes your shopping experience much easier, allowing you to: Check the status of your current order and keep track your orders. Easiest way to Contact Customer Service. Store your shipping & payment information to make checking out quickly. Leave product reviews & feedback. Add an item to “My Favorites” and create a wish list.
    Q How do I sign up on ATELIER FASHION?
    A Signing up is really easy. Simply click on the “Register” button on the top left corner. Fill up the details requested and click on our privacy policy after you have read it. YOU are then officially a part of ATELIER FASHION.
    Q I forgot my password?
    A Everyone has been in this situation at some point. To reset your password: click on "Log In" button on the top left corner and then "Forgot Password" option tab on the left side of the screen. Enter your registered email address and we shall email you your password on your registered email provided.
    Q How do I change my password?
    A Changing your site password at regular intervals is always good and it is easy to change your ATELIER FASHION password. Log in using your current credentials and then go to "My Account". Enter your new password and save.

  • Q What if I have a question before placing an order?

    Q How do I place an order? I've never done this before.
    A Placing an order on Atelier Fashion is a piece of cake. Look for the product you want to buy.
    Add it to the cart by clicking on the add to cart icon.
    Repeat steps 1 and 2 if you want multiple products.
    Click on Cart Review your cart and click "Place order".
    Fill the required details, choose your preferred payment method and click on Confirm Order.
    That’s it! You will receive an email notification confirming your order along with your order number.
Shipping FAQs
  • Q What shipping methods do you offer?
    A Atelier Fashion partners with major international courier / shipping companies. Products are shipped by road for UAE shipments and air shipped for international customers.
    Q I don't want you to deliver. Can I collect my ordered products?
    A We would prefer to hand deliver the products to you wherever you are, to save you the trouble. We are pretty prompt with our deliveries. However, if you want to collect the product yourself, please let us know in advance so that we can make it available for you.
    Q How to calculate shipping costs?
    A No additional shipping cost is applicable for products delivered within UAE. Its FREE ! For international shipments, the related shipping costs are displayed separately when you check out and process your order. Shipping charges will be based on the weight of the products your order.
    Q Are there any additional fees involved in international shipping?
    A In some cases, there will be customs duties, VAT or other taxes or fees levied by Government authorities at your destination country. Additional charges if any, for taxes or customs clearance must be borne & paid by the recipient / customer; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount to be charged. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. We advise you to contact the appropriate authorities or check on the local custom laws. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
    Q How can I track my package?
    A Once an order has shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Please track it in your member account: First: Login your member center and click “my order” Second: Find the order which you want to trace and you will see the tracking number and shipping company. Last: Use the tracking number to trace on the website of shipping company.
    Q Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses?
    A Sorry, currently our shipping partners are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses so you will need to provide a full and proper street address.
    Q What will the shipping company do if they cannot contact with the receiver when the parcel arrive?
    A Most of shipping company will deliver the parcel for three times, if the consignee cannot be contacted. They will return the parcel to the sender or leave the parcel at the warehouse which cannot be delivered after the last time delivery. So please make sure you write down the correct shipping address when you make an order and keep your phone on. We are not responsible for mistakes made by customers.

  • Q What are my options to pay for an order?
    A We have flexible payment options for you. Choose to pay in any of the following ways:
    • Credit Card / Debit Card Online:

      Pay online through our 3D Double Secure gateway, which encrypts all submitted information. For credit card / debit card denominated in a supported currency other than your local currency, your bank or credit card company may charge foreign conversion fees.


    • PayPal:

      Pay using a valid PayPal account.
    • Cash on Delivery : 

      Pay cash when the product is delivered to your doorstep. Currently this facility is available only in UAE. The maximum order value for Cash on Delivery is AED 3,000. Only cash payments will be accepted. Any other payment methods like personal cheques or credit cards will not be accepted at the time of delivery. Not accepting the order or not being able to make full payment at the time of delivery may result in loss of Cash on Delivery buying privilege and / or account suspension.
    Q What cards do you accept?
    A Our payment gateway accepts Visa and MasterCard credit cards and Debit Cards.
    Q How to use a discount code / promotion code?
    A When you've chosen your items and are ready to checkout, you’ll first go to the Shopping Cart page. You will get the option to apply discount / promotion code. Only one discount / promotion code can be used per order. Please feel free to contact our Customer Support if you encounter any problems when using your coupon.

    A ATELIER FASHION website (atelierdubai.com) is 100% Safe and Secured (HTTPS). We've invested in some of the best systems and process. We do not store any credit card / debit card information on our servers. All information relayed between ATELIER FASHION site and our gateway is encrypted using a 256bit SSL certificate (HTTPS). We've passed stringent compliance tests as set by our payment partners and our Bank to be able to accept online payments.
    Q Will I be spammed?
    A You will never be spammed by ATELIER FASHION. We have a very strict privacy policy and we treat your information with the utmost care and confidentiality. Our databases which store your information are encrypted as well with limited access to employees.
