All items must be returned to the original point of purchase, in their original condition. No returns are entertained for orders placed for special promotions / occasions or on Sale. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible. In cases of return, we offer only store credit. No refund is applicable.
Products that are eligible for return can be returned within 3 working days of receiving the merchandise for UAE shipment and within 5 working days of receiving the merchandise for other countries.
Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are "Final Sale." Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.
Our team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, you will be asked to ship across the products to us.
Once returns are received by us and quality checks done & cleared, you shall receive store credit
The return item should be in original packing, unworn and in the same condition you receive it.
All returns must contain a copy of the delivery Airway bill number and order number.
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you should email us a photo of the damaged product. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. In such cases, we offer store credit.
All returns are subject to the sole discretion of Atelier Fashion. Refunds (if any) will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

For UAE Customers; a nominal charge of AED 25 will be levied and adjusted against the store voucher / refund for all returns.
For International Customers; Courier / Shipment charges and Custom Duties levied / already levied for return of the product will be borne by the customer.
