Goods or products once sold or shipped shall not be CANCELLED.
Cancellations may be considered at the sole discretion of ATELIER FASHION, subject to the following:
The request is made in writing within 24 hours of placing an order. Such requests shall not be considered if the order has been communicated to our shipping agent or they have initiated the process of shipping.
Money will not be refunded and it shall stay as a store credit. The store credit should be used within a specific period of time as communicated / mentioned by ATELIER FASHION.
