1. United Arab Emirates (UAE) is our country of domicile and AED (UAE Dhirams) is the base currency used in this website.  
2. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
3. Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
4. If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.   

Payment Terms & Conditions

1. We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit / debit card in AED (UAE Dhirams).
2. Prices displayed in currency other than AED (UAE Dhirams) are approximates based on prevailing exchange rates. The final price charged by your credit card company or bank may slightly vary than mentioned in our website. 
3. For credit card / debit card denominated in a supported currency, other than your local currency, your bank or credit card company may charge foreign currency conversion fees.  
4. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
5. Cash on Delivery (currently only within UAE): Only cash payments shall be accepted. Full payment in cash has to be made at the time of delivery. Any other payment methods like personal cheques or credit cards will not be accepted at the time of delivery. The customer cannot open the shipment before submitting the transaction amount to the courier agent.   

Use Restrictions

If an item is sent back to us, the price of the item will be credited in our credit store once we receive it. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
